Tinies with JP – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any Tinies with JP class or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Studio Etiquette

  • All shoes must be removed before entering the studio space to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Children must arrive on time and be collected promptly after their class.

2. Clothing & Attire

  • Appropriate, comfortable dancewear must be worn for the nature of each class.
  • For acrobatics classes, skirts and dresses are not permitted. Children should wear flexible clothing such as leotards or leggings with a fitted top.
  • Hair should be tied back securely for all sessions, and no jewellery should be worn to avoid injury.

3. Health & Medical

  • Parents/guardians must declare all medical conditions, allergies, or injuries during registration via Class4Kids and update us of any changes by emailing j.pay@haslanddancestudios.com or calling us directly.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, staff will administer first aid and contact the parent/guardian or emergency contact provided at registration.
  • Children who have experienced symptoms of illness (e.g. vomiting, fever, diarrhoea) must not attend class until at least 48 hours after symptoms have ceased.

4. Payment & Bookings

  • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • Payments are non-refundable except in the case of a class being cancelled by Tinies with JP. In such cases, a refund or class credit will be issued.
  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Tinies with JP reserves the right to remove any child (or accompanying adult) from our programme without refund if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
  • Respectful behaviour towards staff, children, and other parents/guardians is expected at all times.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Tinies with JP and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during classes. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled.

7. Photography & Social Media

  • Tinies with JP may take photos or videos during classes for marketing and promotional use, including social media and websites. This includes shared social media content with Hasland Dance Studios and Dance with Megs.
  • If you do not give consent for your child to be photographed or filmed, you must indicate this at the time of registration and notify us of any changes by emailing j.pay@haslanddancestudios.com.

8. Safeguarding & Welfare

  • All Tinies with JP staff are trained in safeguarding and hold enhanced DBS checks.
  • Children must be accompanied into the building by a parent/guardian and signed in. Children will only be released to authorised adults as indicated on your registration form.

9. Emergency Closure / Force Majeure

  • In the event of unexpected closures (e.g. due to severe weather, staff illness, or public health guidance), we will notify you as soon as possible. Where possible, a catch-up class will be arranged. If not feasible, a credit or refund may be issued.

10. Communication

  • All communications regarding classes, changes to contact details, medical info, or booking issues should be directed to j.pay@haslanddancestudios.com.and updated in your account on class4kids.

11. Risk & Liability – Acrobatics Participation

  • Participation in acrobatics classes involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, and falls.
  • While every effort is made to deliver classes safely and responsibly by trained staff, by enrolling your child you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Tinies with JP and its staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation, except in the case of proven negligence.
  • This clause is supported by our business insurance, which can be viewed upon request.
